The units were removed due to an unknown executive decision and not due to any malfunction or defect. As such, they were not eligible for return to the manufacturer. Most units have small remnants of white paint and drywall spackle on the edges. Units were purchased in February 2023. Install time frame: 07/24/23 10/27/23. Uninstall time frame: 03/04/24 03/22/24. Description:
These line voltage thermostats provide timed comfort without programming, allowing tenants to raise the temperature while giving building managers control over energy use. They feature two selectable timed setback options: minor and major.
Minor Setback: Maintains comfort up to 74°F for 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 12, or 16 hours, then automatically reduces to 66°F, 62°F, or 58°F.
Major Setback: Activates over 12, 24, 36, 48, or 60 hours, lowering the temperature to 55°F, 52°F, or 40°F.
Settings are easily configured via simple jumper pins on the circuit board to match your application’s timing and temperature requirements.
